Registration & Refund Policy

Registration for one-time events, workshops, or trainings facilitated by Red Willow Connections is only complete once payment is made in full, unless otherwise indicated in the event information. One time events, workshops, or trainings are not eligible for a refund in the event you cancel or do not attend. If Red Willow Connections has to cancel an event or session, you will be issued a refund in full.  

Payment and refund policies for multi-session gatherings will be made explicit in the specific event information. For most ongoing groups, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee will be required at registration.
