 Red Willow Connections is passionate about working alongside community. Everything we do is in relationship. I carry this value into my consulting work with community organizations and non-profits, in Winnipeg and surrounding areas. 

With over 6 years in management and program development, I have managed projects ranging in value from $20,000 up to $5 million. I have extensive experience training and mentoring folks, writing for programs and organizations (e.g. proposals, policies, forms), and helping folks help their clients.
