Service Fees
Mental Health Services
Services for individuals and groups, drawing from Polyvagal theory, narrative therapy, & somatic approaches to healing.
Individual Counselling
$120/hr.
Please consult your private insurance to see if you are eligible for coverage for social work services.
For First Nation Clients, NIHB may provide coverage.
Individual counselling rates include walk and talk, community based, or nature based services within Winnipeg.
Group Counselling
$50/hr
Group counselling rates apply to ongoing, office-based groups.
Fees for one-time workshops or nature-based therapy groups may differ.
Nature Based Therapy

Nature-based therapy that involves travel outside of Winnipeg may be charged at a higher rate, to be discussed and confirmed prior to service beginning. This includes individual and group services.
Educational Group Workshops
Variable fee
Fees for educational group workshops will vary based on the length of time for the workshop, location, group size, and supplies required to facilitate the group. See the upcoming gatherings page for current offerings.
Consulting Services
Variable fee
Fees for consulting, training, or staff mentorship for your organization will vary based on the scope of the project. Red Willow Connections is committed to providing affordable service to non-profit organizations and is open to negotiating. Services may be provided at either a flat rate or hourly rate, depending on your organization needs and budget.
Red Willow Connections Service Policies
Scheduling
Groups/Events can be scheduled online by visiting the upcoming gatherings page. To schedule individual counselling sessions, at this time all bookings should be made via direct contact with Brandy (email or phone).
Consent & Intake Process
Before moving into the counselling relationship, an intake is required for individual counselling services. Intake and informed consent are conducted in person or virtually, to determine your goals for our time together and ensure that services are understood and agreed to in a good way.
Cancellations/No-Shows
Red Willow Connections requires 24 hours notice if you are cancelling your appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, you will be billed 50% of the session fee. If you do not cancel and do not show up, you will be charged 100% of the session fee.
Payments
Payment can be made via EFT or through the website. Receipts will be issued via email. Red Willow Connections does not direct bill for services. Consult your private insurance to confirm coverage. Receipts will be issued via email for claiming to benefits or for tax purposes.
New bookings will not be accepted until outstanding payments have been received.
For First Nation clients with NIHB coverage, Red Willow Connections can submit a pre-approval for services and will direct bill to NIHB for approved services.
Liability Waiver
Some services provided by Red Willow Connections may require a liability waiver be signed. This will be disclosed in advance of registration. This particularly applies to any mental health services provided in a public space, such as walk and talk counselling, or nature-based therapy.
